Write to Dukes
Send the complaint in writing so there is a clear record of every point raised. The Complaints Officer acknowledges it within three working days.
02Dukes reviews
Investigation and response
The Complaints Officer reviews the complaint and the relevant records. A full written response should normally follow within ten working days of the acknowledgement. If more time is needed, Dukes explains why and gives an estimated date.
03Independent route
Independent review
If the complaint is still unresolved once the internal procedure is complete, it can be referred to Property Redress, an independent scheme approved for this purpose.
